This website is primarily designed for residents of the UK. If you are outside the UK, please enquire regarding the shipping costs of an instrument.
We are generally unable to supply new instruments outside of the UK.

Please do not 'hotlink' to pictures on this website. This website uses Tynt to monitor copying of pictures and text.

PIANOS

All our pre-owned pianos are inspected by our technicians, reconditioned/rebuilt as necessary and tuned to concert pitch.
Unless otherwise stated, all pre-owned pianos will show some signs of use / age, but not to the detriment of the general appearance.
Unless otherwise stated, all pianos carry a full guarantee, except for strings broken during tuning (as this is outside of our control).
We would ask customers to satisfy themselves that the piano they chose is suitable for their needs.
If you live outside a convenient travelling distance we are happy for you to have the instrument inspected by a third party.
We are happy to supply any information you may need to make a choice, including playing the piano and/or uploading a video.

Our website is not a full ecommerce site. This means that you can enquire about a piano, but you cannot buy and pay online.
This is primarily because most pre-owned pianos are not repeatable, and may have just sold in the showroom.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card (including Amex), cheque, or in cash.
Pianos are generally not available for removal on the day of purchase as we give all pianos a pre-delivery inspection and tuning.

Property title in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until the buyer has discharged all outstanding indebtedness to the seller whatsoever.

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver all pianos within 14 days, subject to weather conditions and any on-going work needed.
If you live outside our local delivery area (approx. 30 miles) we may use a third party to deliver your instrument,
All deliveries are fully insured and our hauliers are experienced in piano removals.
Third party removals may take longer than 14 days, but we will advise on delivery times when you place an order.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the instrument you have chosen you have seven working days
starting the day the instrument is delivered to cancel your purchase under the Distance Selling Regulations (where applicable).
Please either telephone 01702 474771 or email sales@pianopavilion.com to arrange for the instrument to be collected.
We will refund your full purchase price including delivery costs and only charge collection fees at cost
(up to £250 for an upright piano and £450 for a grand piano, depending on distance).

PRIVACY

We do not sell or rent out your name, address, telephone number or email address.
We do not retain your card details electronically - all cards are processed directly into the terminal in our showroom.
